About AGMSupply:.
- As an AGM-Supply, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with vendor partners such as corporate catering companies and restaurants on behalf of GoKhana.
- The primary goal is to ensure a steady supply of high-quality vendor partners for corporate cafeteria, food courts, events, meetings, conferences, food festivals and other occasions or activities.
- Overall, the AGM-Supply plays a crucial role in managing relationships with vendor partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and contribute to the success of GoKhana and its Vendor Partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:.
- Identifying and onboarding new vendor partners that align with the business standards and requirements.
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing and long-term collaboration.
- Negotiating terms, pricing and contracts with vendor partners to secure favorable arrangements for both parties.
- Monitoring the quality of products and services provided by the vendor partners to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
- Serving as the main point of contact between the organization and vendor partners.
- Analyze performance metrics such as sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of vendor partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that vendor partners adhere to relevant regulations, food safety standards, contractual obligations and regularly conduct inspections.
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise between the organization and catering partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the organization's vendor partner network and enhance overall experience.
- Preparedness though incident management, back-up vendor identification and alignment.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, allocation and deployment of the right vendors as per the requirement.
- Create structured plans to close the operational, culinary, production plan & vendor partner manpower management gaps.
- Preparation of P&L statements for Vendor Partners.
Prerequisites:.
- Bachelors or Masters in any discipline.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in F&B vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- The ability to travel for work.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent Business Acumen.
- Strong negotiation, management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
