1. Strategic Leadership:

- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional growth opportunities.

3. BI Solution Development:

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- Ensure data models and analytics frameworks are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and seamless integration.

4. Data Analysis and Insights:

- Leverage advanced analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
