Role & responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities. - Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless automation across different platforms.

3. Work closely with the IT teams to address challenges with RPA, optimizing performance and minimising errors.

4. Analyse requirements to identify areas for improvement.

5. Provide recommendations for process optimization and demonstrate efficiency gains. - Ensure reliability of RPA solutions through thorough testing, collaborating with quality assurance teams to validate accuracy and troubleshoot issues.

6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including but not limited to design specifications, test plans and user guides.

7. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on implemented solutions. Focus on continuous improvement and best practise by staying updated on industry trends

Preferred candidate profile

1) Candidate experience should be in RPA using Automation Anywhere
