Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
Engage potential clients through initial outreach, understanding their requirements, and presenting Go2Market value proposition.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Go2Market features, capabilities, and benefits tailored to the clients' needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine pre-sales strategies, identify lead opportunities, and address any technical queries from prospects.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand market needs and provide insights to the product and development teams.
Client Onboarding
Develop and execute the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing processes and tools.
Train new clients on Go2market features and usage best practices to maximize the value they get from the platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and configuration for each clients specific requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pre-sales, sales support, or onboarding within SaaS, telecommunication, or tech products.
