Position: Senior Cloud Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions across various platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, cloud virtualization, and infrastructure management, enabling seamless operations and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Computing:

• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Provide expertise in multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP):
• Design and manage cloud services and solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Configure and automate cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Stay updated with advancements in cloud technologies and integrate them into existing solutions.
• DevOps Practices:
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment and testing.
• Use containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Virtualization:
• Manage virtualized environments to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Work with virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM for server management.
• Migrate on-premises workloads to cloud environments with minimal downtime.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless cloud integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and application deployment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and virtualization.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
