Gloify - Junior DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Tools (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

You will play a crucial role in INCREFF's growth journey by deploying, monitoring and supporting the company's saas software to be more scalable and secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for planning the deployments of new software releases on various customer environments

- Promptly resolve any hosting or deployment related issues in production services.

- Develop implementation checklists and execute them and perform sanity testing to validate system availability

- Design, develop and monitor backup and recovery Systems.

- Ensure the integrity and consistency of backup services and periodically test disaster recovery processes.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation on services, including disaster recovery.

- Assist the Security Engineer with security auditing and reviews of our software and interact with all stakeholders to ensure proper software deployments.

- Create and maintain cloud systems to support software development and testing.

Requirements/Qualifications :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in deployments.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, with demonstrated responsibility for production systems.

- Proven experience in the design and implementation of system monitoring.

- Expertise in protecting production systems from both external and internal threats.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

- Solid understanding of Unix system internals.

- Preferred experience with cloud networking concepts and scripting.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to work across various time zones as required.
