Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled NodeJS Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing robust and scalable server-side applications. As a NodeJS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing back-end components and integrating them with front-end elements built by your co-workers. You will ensure that the server-side logic, database integration, and performance optimization are robust and easy to maintain.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using NodeJS.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Work closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of professional experience working with NodeJS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript runtime environment.

- Knowledge of NodeJS and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc.).

- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular).

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

- Strong understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
