Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, and have experience with both backend development and modern frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and system architecture.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards.

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure software quality.

- Debug and troubleshoot application issues, optimizing performance where necessary.

- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to store and retrieve data efficiently.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Python development and apply them to enhance the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Proficient in writing clean, readable, and efficient Python code.

- Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
