Testing Officer

Qualifications:
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)

Experience:
Knowledge of construction material testing and NDT of reinforced concrete

Test Planning:

Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications.
Define test objectives, scope, and criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and deliverables.
Test Execution:

Execute test cases and scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of products or systems.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Record and document test results, including pass/fail status and detailed observations.
Defect Management:

Identify, document, and report defects and issues discovered during testing.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects.
Track defect status and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Test Automation:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, if applicable.
Integrate automated testing tools and processes into the overall testing strategy.
Monitor and analyze automated test results and address any failures or issues.
Test Reporting:

Prepare and present test reports, including test status, defect metrics, and test coverage.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on testing progress and results.
Document and communicate testing findings and recommendations for improvements.
