Job Description: Partner Manager and Communication Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Partner Manager and Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses optimize their customer interactions and drive growth. You will leverage your expertise in various communication channels, including Bulk SMS, Voice, RCS, WhatsApp Business, Marketing Automation, Bulk Email, True caller Business Messaging, Chatbot, and Kore, to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance customer experience and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Channel Selection: Identify and recommend the most suitable communication channels based on target audience, campaign goals, and budget constraints.

- Campaign Execution: Create, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

- Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform future strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Technology Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate communication platforms with existing systems and ensure seamless functionality.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer engagement and communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in the CPASS industry with a strong understanding of various communication channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

- Passion for driving customer engagement and improving customer experience.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

- Experience with specific communication platforms (e.g., Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business, Chatbot).

- Certifications in marketing or customer relationship management.
