Project Coordinator Civil

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, with proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for project planning and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities using MSP.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain project budgets, track expenses, and report cost variations
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and permits.
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Develop, track, and update project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
