Manager - Credit Due Diligence

Function and Role Overview:

Credit / Due Diligence function ensures that there is reasonability in onboarding new customers through deep Financial Statement analysis with Overall Objective that Customers will pay Lease Rentals when deal is done

Role & responsibilities

1. Strong understanding and to carry out Financial Statement analysis like:

• Revenue analysis,
• Expenses analysis,
• Existing Debt analysis,
• Assets analysis
• Liability analysis

2. Analyzing customer valuation/ projections and identifying key metrics/drivers leading to valuation/ projections.

3. Perform research on media news about the business of the customer.

4. Ratio Analysis of the Financial Statements and MIS so as to identify and mitigate risk.

5. Variance Analysis of the Financial Statements and MIS and explanation of the variance there on.

6.Coordination with legal to ensure that all legal cases are reviewed

7.Independently review the summary of risks prepared by legal team

Strong understanding and analysis of their Quality of:

• Revenue
• Expenses
• Cash flows
• Balance Sheet
• Contracts

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA in Finance or CA

2. Graduation in Commerce B-Com (H)

3. Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
