Salesforce CPQ Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Role : Salesforce CPQ Engineer (Experience: 5- 8 years with minimum 5 years in SF CPQ)

Shift Timings : 3 PM - 12 midnight with coverage till 2 AM IST, overlapping shift as per client & work requirement

Duties :

- Customize Salesforce both by configuration and custom development.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

- Document technical design for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions

- Diagnose problems with existing application code and develop technical solutions that resolve the problems

- Collaborate with other cross-platform team members to build effective integrations

Participate in design sessions and code reviews Skills :

- Must have experience in customizing Salesforce with Apex, Lightning, REST, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL

- Must have experience in Configuration, VF Pages, Aura components, LWC, Apex Triggers, Flows, etc. to build quote to bill flow

- Hands-on experience in Product Configuration, Logik.io, Price Rule, Product Rule, Approval Rules etc.

- Must have experience with Salesforce CRM implementations for medium to large enterprises.

- Must have Salesforce CPQ experience.

Good to have :

- Salesforce CPQ certification

- Experience in Git, Jenkins and Ant.

Education : BE/BTech Engineering or equivalent technical graduation is mandatory

Panel Expectations :

- Basic Terminologies, Strong Logics and Functions from basic to advanced level as the candidate will be an Individual contributor as well as must work with the team.

- Salesforce CPQ/ Steel brick experience with multiple currencies and complex products

- At least 2 full cycle Salesforce CPQ project implementations

- Must have good knowledge of Salesforce CPQ objects used in Quote to Contract process

- Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals

- Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce

- CPQ APIs

- Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like perpetual and subscription-based licensing, various discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming and renewals

- Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools, and processes

- Must have experience in Quote Calculator Plugin (For Complex Pricing Needs)

- Experience with quote document generation and integration with DocuSign

- Good Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, Work Bench, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model

- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
