Oversee all secretarial filings, including those with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and adherence to Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) regulations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of periodical reports (quarterly & half-yearly) to the BSE. Manage shareholder grievances, acting as a liaison between the company and its shareholders. Facilitate smooth and compliant Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring proper documentation. Compliance Guardian:
Stay up-to-date on relevant company law, listing regulations, and governance best practices. Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Chartered Secretary qualification (CS) or a relevant legal qualification (CA, LLB) with experience in corporate governance. In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), and BSE regulations. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and regulatory matters. Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
