Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for various digital and print media, such as websites, social media, marketing materials, and publications.
• Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistent usage of logos, colors, and typography across all materials.
• Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas, considering client requirements and target audience preferences.
• Layout Design: Design engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral, ensuring an effective communication of information.
• Digital Artwork: Create digital artwork, icons, and illustrations to enhance user interfaces and user experience.
• Image Editing and Retouching: Enhance and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printers to ensure accurate and high-quality printed materials.
• Multimedia Integration: Incorporate graphics and visuals into multimedia presentations, videos, and animations.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web designers, and copywriters, to bring design concepts to life.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.

Requirements:

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, After effects.
• Knowledge of digital design principles and file formats for various media.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and layout design.

Soft Skills:

• Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure precision in design and consistency in brand guidelines.
