The Principal plays a key role in policy making of the organization in-line with the vision and mission of the organization and ensure these policies are strictly adhered to by the staff and students, so they share the same values as the organization. He/she is expected to innovate new ideas to help getting students engaged in multiple areas and encourage them to have open discussions with staff and management that would help them build strong interpersonal skills.
You will also involve actively in developing strategy for admissions of students into college, conducting market research and sessions to increase awareness among target audience. Make proposals to the Management regarding the educational character, activities, and mission of the College. Ensure that the Management is fully engaged in all strategic decisions which affect the mission and character of the College and implement the decisions of the Management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Relevant work: 5 years (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Telugu
Proficiency in MS Office skills
Proven experience in Intermediate Colleges
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios
