Job Summary:
- We are searching for a highly-creative digital/performance marketing manager.
- Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks especially Google.
- Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, lead generation and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing and monitoring lead generation campaigns and their budgets especially on Google.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms especially Google, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Create engaging social media content and manage social media communities. Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing decisions. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics. Utilize data to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Industry Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including emerging platforms and best practices. Research and evaluate new marketing opportunities and technologies. Explore and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, content) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide marketing expertise and support to other departments within the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role. Skills: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Google Ads, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio). Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
