Sr. Garment Merchandiser

-We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Garment Merchandiser to manage our merchandising operations, ensure timely delivery of quality products, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences

- Source and procure raw materials, trims, and accessories

- Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers

- Prepare and manage production plans, budgets, and schedules

- Monitor production progress

- Strong understanding of fabric types, construction, knitwear manufacturing and finishes

- End-to-end follow-up with buyers and vendors for fabric, trims, production, and shipment timelines.

- Ensuring timely approvals, PP samples, and production handover.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking orders, production status, and costing.

- Maintaining order status reports and following up on T&A (Time & Action) plans.

- Assisting in cost calculations and negotiations with buyers.

- Coordinating sampling and pre-production processes to finalize orders.

- Knowledge of international garment production standards and compliance.
