RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Gameberry Labs is looking for an experienced professional for the Technical Artist Role in Bangalore. We are looking for a motivated and passionate person. As an experienced Technical Artist, you will have a portfolio of proven quality with a determination to push boundaries and create a kick-ass game.

- Bridging the gap between artists and engineering team, assist team in enhancing pipeline through development of custom tools and plugins.

- Integrating UI Designs with an eye for efficiency and performance and solving technical challenges in the pipeline.

- Creating VFX and Animations (both skeletal and non-skeletal) using pipeline tools and plugins.

- Ability to create/comprehend GLSL/HLSL Shaders.

- Playing with Unity/Cocos2dx and improving the overall game experience.

- Identify Opportunities, Create and Maintain Workflow, Systems and processes for enhancing the pipeline.

- Ability to Create and maintain precise and clear technical documentation of workflows

- Playing with Unity or Cocos2dx for improving the game experience.

- External Skills And Expertise

REQUIREMENTS :

- Passion for games and creating rockstar experiences.

- At least 2/3+ years of game building experience as a Technical Artist

- Technical background in developing scripts, Photoshop actions, and other automation tools necessary for art implementation and optimization

- Good understanding of Unity, including shaders(GLSL/HLSL), lighting, and NGUI

- Good understanding of particle systems and animation processes.

- Ability to craft quick concept mockups using Photoshop/Figma/Unity/Cocos and or Aftereffect
