Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source candidates accordingly.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement and manage a streamlined onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, talent networks, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional associations.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
HR Operations:
- Support various HR initiatives, including employee engagement and recruitment process implementation and L&D initiatives.
- Reach out to new joiners and complete 15-day, 30-day and 45-day check-in with them.
- Address concerns/queries highlighted during check-ins and create space for feedback, guidance and course corrections.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on HR-related matters.
- Oversee the delivery of HR services, including onboarding, benefits experience including insurance, Child Care, exit operations, employee records management, and HRIS support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in HR service delivery.

- Prepare yearly engagement calendar and drive initiatives, programs that aligns with organization goal and culture.
- Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, engagement programs, including events, and workshops
- Analyze regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.
- Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Key skills and Experience:
- Education: MBA HR with 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition domain
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills
- Should be willing to work across various functional areas within HR
- Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high workload and conflicting priorities.
- Highly organized and attention to detail. Strong multitasking.
- Proactive in approach and strong zeal to learn
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Strong creativity, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organization skills.
