As a UI Principal Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital products. You will lead a team of talented designers and engineers to create intuitive, visually stunning, and highly functional user interfaces. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and implementing our design system and ensuring consistency across all our platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership : Define and drive the long-term vision for our UI design and development practices.

- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to align on product strategy and user experience goals.

- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the design team.

- Design System Leadership : Oversee the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring it's scalable, flexible, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

- Establish and enforce design standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design implementation.

- Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and tools.

- Mentor and guide team members on design principles, user research, and prototyping techniques.

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product.

- User Experience : Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

- Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.

- Optimize user journeys and interactions to improve conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of designers and engineers.

- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UI Principal Architect or similar role.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
