Recruitment Specialist


Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Recruitment Specialist with a focus on non-IT roles.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent account management services.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement, specifically for non-IT roles within a B2B environment.

- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage top talent.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Account Management:

- Handle client accounts effectively, ensuring all recruitment processes align with their expectations and business goals.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process.

Communication:

- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, candidates, and internal teams effectively.

- Conduct candidate interviews and provide feedback to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs and company objectives.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on B2B environments.

- Proven track record of managing client relationships and handling accounts successfully.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
