Siebel Developer (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Siebel applications, including business components, views, applets, and workflows.

- Customize Siebel interfaces to meet specific business requirements.

- Manage Siebel security and access controls.

- Develop Siebel scripts and Open UI components to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve script and UI issues.

- Configure and manage Siebel Workforce Management modules to optimize workforce scheduling and resource allocation.

- Implement workforce optimization strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Configure and integrate Siebel with external systems and applications using EAI technologies.

- Implement order management processes and workflows.

- Configure and manage Siebel PRM and Dealer Management modules to support partner and channel management.

- Implement partner and dealer onboarding, performance tracking, and incentive programs.

- Configure and manage account and contact data within Siebel.

- Implement account and contact segmentation and relationship management strategies.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Siebel applications.

- Analyze system performance and implement optimization techniques.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of Siebel with other applications.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel development.

- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and configuration.

- Proficiency in Siebel scripting and Open UI development.

- Experience with Siebel Workforce Management, CRM Order Management, EAI, PRM, and Dealer Management.

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
