Senior Software Engineer - React.js Framework (5-12 yrs)

Function : Software Engineering - Frontend Development JavaScript React.js

We're seeking a number of Senior React Engineers to join the development of our new product suite (online portal, PropertyPay & PropertyConnect). As a Senior REACT engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating robust, scalable, and intuitive applications that empower customers to handle Real Estate transactions including international payments with ease. This is a new role, based out of the Hyderabad area. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our new product development and will have a significant opportunity to take ownership of some of our upcoming features

Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-quality front-end features and user interfaces using React.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product) to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Lead code review, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.

Requirements :

- Advanced 5+ years of Reactjs knowledge : Proficiency in using React hooks, context, and the component lifecycle.

- State Management : Experience with state management libraries and Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Modern JavaScript : Deep understanding of ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, etc.

- Component Design : Ability to design reusable components and management component hierarchies effectively.

- Performance Optimization : Skills in optimizing React applications for performance, including lazy loading and memorization.

- Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points :

- Experience withing a B2B fintech environment would be highly desirable.

- Experience working in an agile environment.

- Knowledge of cross-border payments.
