Most of the business comes from existing clients so, to interact with existing clients and scout for opportunities for expanding with the existing clients
Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation
Responsible to identify new business opportunities, business development, proposal development, and lead client pitch.
Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of RFPs, Commercial proposals, lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client s space requirements.
Engage with existing Channel Partners in order to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network.
Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership.
Manage and Build relationships with potential occupiers and industry leaders.
The business development activity would require travel to other metros and abroad, so the candidate should be open to travel Candidate Requirement:
Diploma required (bachelors Degree in Marketing, sales or advertising or equivalent)
7-8years experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired.
Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.
Good Negotiator with Excellent communication and closing skills.
