Location: Greater Kailash-4, New Delhi
Position: Sales Manager – Government and PSU Enterprise Accounts
Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹18 Lakhs Annual CTC

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling government and PSU clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including key government initiatives, procurement processes, and business development strategies. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining relationships, and expanding our market presence within the Government and PSU space.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new government and PSU clients, building a robust pipeline for long-term sales growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within government and PSU entities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the government sector, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals in compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing of deals to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities. Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product management, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the government and PSU sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the government procurement process, PSU operations, and IT solutions for public sector organizations.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing complex deals, and closing large-scale contracts with government and PSU clients.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Networking: Well-connected within government agencies, PSUs, and industry circles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services relevant to government and PSU clients.
