Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for our BPO and KPO services.
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base in key markets such as the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, with a primary focus on US and UK markets.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking and communication skills, capable of driving impactful business relationships and securing valuable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities related to accounting, processing, and digital transformation services for BPO and KPO operations.
- Market Expansion: Focus on developing strong pipelines and partnerships in global markets, particularly in US and UK regions, while exploring opportunities in Europe and Australia.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage industry knowledge and networking abilities to approach potential clients, build relationships, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers across industries, ensuring consistent growth in business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategies that align with client needs and market demands.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client requirements, showcasing the value of our BPO and KPO services.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed business growth and revenue targets through a structured and consistent approach to business development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development for BPO and KPO services, particularly in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, processing, and digital transformation services, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level decision-makers.
- Exceptional networking abilities, with an existing network of contacts in key industries being an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive business deals from inception to closure.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Flexibility to work across time zones to engage with clients globally.
