We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hardware and software support, system security, and backup solutions, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols.

Perform server and email backups, ensuring data security and recovery.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Identify system issues and provide timely resolutions.

Provide hardware support, including repairs and replacements.

Install and configure necessary software and system updates.

Monitor system performance and security compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in system administration, IT support, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and network security.

Experience with server and email backup solutions.

Hands-on expertise in hardware troubleshooting and support.

Proficiency in software installation and system configuration.
