DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Spinnaker, Artifactory, Jenkins, and GitHub, playing a crucial role in managing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing our software delivery process. You will be responsible for automating deployment processes and ensuring high-quality releases. Secondary skills in TestRail, CHEF, and Backstage will be beneficial for managing testing workflows, configuration management, and improving developer experience. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a team player, and have a passion for continuous improvement and automation. Client requirement

• Deployment on Kubernetes and Configuration Setting /Troubleshooting and support of Kubernetes clusters on AWS environment as per project requirements. Istio knowledge is an added advantage.
• Container Orchestration Managing Docker containers within Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
• Monitoring and Optimization Implementing monitoring solutions to track cluster performance and optimize resource utilization. Tools need to be aware of Splunk, Datadog

• Security Implementation Implementing best practices for Kubernetes and AWS security, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Integration and Automation Knowledge on YAML files, Helm charts and good knowledge on DevOps is required.
• DevOps, Troubleshooting and Support Resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Istio, Jenkins/Spinnaker knowledge on deployments, DevOps knowledge on CI/CD and AWS infrastructure, providing support to development teams as needed.
