Job Description
- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Jira software and plugins
- Designing and managing workflows, fields, screens, reports, and dashboards within Jira
- Customizing Jira projects with various schemas to match the needs of the business
- Providing user management and support for Jira, including managing permissions and access
- Creating, managing, and supporting all Jira dashboards, filters, and custom fields
- Maintaining the stability and usability of the Jira system, resolving any issues that arise
- Training and mentoring team members on the effective use of Jira
- Documenting Jira system configurations and processes
- Collaborating with other team members to understand and implement new requirements
- Addressing user concerns and queries, troubleshooting any technical issues
- Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements where necessary
