1.Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules(Incident , Change , Problem , CSM , SR)
2.Must have Experience in ATF(Automation Test Framework) in ServiceNow, Rest and soap API testing

5.Good to have experience working in Agile Environment
6.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the scope of testing within the context of each release
7. JIRA, confluence, Gen AI, Microsoft Copilot Experience in ATF(Automation Test Framework) in ServiceNow, Rest and soap API testing
