Job Description
- Work in shifts which may include weekends or public holidays as required by the project
- Working with a team of onshore and offshore BASIS consultants / administrators providing monitoring, administration and troubleshooting services
- Acting as a point of contact for SAP Technical related questions and problems
- Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution
- Run multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
- Experience in SAP landscape strategy, providing SAP System maintenance, Client strategy, SAP Code migrations on schedule basis, Transport Management Systems, change management, workflow
- Experience in SAP products like BODS, BOBJ, PO, SLT, CPI and respective integrations
- Require strong Knowledge on Azure and Linux operating system including scripting, crons, file systems
- Require strong knowledge in system refreshes and SAP HANA Administration
