Job Description
1. Role PHP Technical Lead
a. Hands on experience with PHP development & popular Frameworks
b. Experience with review and solutioning deliverables.
c. Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
d. Strong communication.
e. Ability to study complex systems and come up with interactions and dependencies.
2. Should have hands on experience in DB, Writing complex optimized queries
3. Knowledge of PHP unit
4. Ability to implement simple to medium stories independently.
5. Ability to analyze future stories and define solution.
6. Familiarity with agile development
7. Knowledge on Devops.
8. Experience on code reviews
9. should be able to lead a team of 10
10. Ability to stand ground with difficult clients
