Job Description:

Sr. Interior Designer or Design Consultant

Role Summary: Sr. Interior Designer or Design Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions and driving sales. This role requires a balance of sales acumen and design expertise to ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

• Engage leads, schedule store visits, and conduct site visits as needed.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain transparent communication on pricing, offers, and project timelines.

Design Consultation & Execution:

• Provide instant quotes and design solutions aligned with brand standards.

• Conduct client meetings, document discussions, and manage design TAT.

• Perform site visits and ensure correct design implementation.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals.

• Handle feedback, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

•3+ Experience in sales and design consulting.

• Proficiency in design software (Sketchup, CAD, etc.).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and design.
