You are expected to drive the sales (customer acquisitions/bookings) and engagement (customer retention). Some guidelines on the job role are as below, however you will largely create your own job role to achieve the primary goal mentioned,
Develop, Plan and execute the sales strategy (both B2C B2B) to achieve/exceed targets
Develop alliances and partnerships to complement our core service of accommodation booking
Be the voice of the customer in the team - communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them
Assist in development and execution of marketing plan
Attend events/meetings of the target group and promote the company model
Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales
