Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Store Operations Training

Learn and understand the sales process, including product knowledge, customer engagement, and merchandising. Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers. Learn billing procedures and assist with invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation.

Phase 2: Supervisor Development

Shadow experienced supervisors and gain insight into store management responsibilities. Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Provide guidance and support to sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to develop supervisory skills and techniques. Collaborate with department managers to implement strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in retail management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups of people.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
