Position : Sales Manager
Location : Chennai, TamilNadu
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of CRM tools and their business applications, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for CRM solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their CRM needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CRM technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of CRM solutions.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
Customer Success:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical and Sales Skills:
- Proven experience in selling CRM solutions or related software products.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong ability to translate technical product features into business benefits.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience and Education:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in CRM or SaaS solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
