Conduct research on colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to identify potential recruitment partners for campus hiring initiatives.
Manage external and localized hiring efforts to meet regional recruitment needs across various roles and functions for us and our partners.
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions to enhance campus recruitment and placement opportunities.
Develop and manage a Student Ambassador Program within key colleges to establish a network of on-campus representatives, increase brand awareness, and identify top talent.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both campus and localized hires, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate assessments.
Post job openings on various job boards and localized platforms, track their effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance candidate reach and quality.
Collect, compile, and analyze recruitment data to support ongoing improvement of hiring strategies for both campus and external recruitment.
Draft recruitment documents, including job descriptions, offer letters, and candidate communication materials.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers/partner team to understand specific hiring needs for localized and campus roles, ensuring alignment with overall recruitment efforts.
Strengthen employer brand presence by developing and executing targeted branding strategies, including engaging content and recruitment campaigns across key platforms and our candidate database.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of social impact sector and its trends is a plus.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for partner and recruitment management.
