Job Description: Front Office Executive cum HR Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Front Office Management
1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
4. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
HR Operations
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
3. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manual systems.
4. Support payroll processing by collating and verifying attendance, leaves, and other employee details.
5. Address basic employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
6. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Skills and Competencies
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Basic knowledge of HR policies.
