As a Graphic Designer at Focally , you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our brand message effectively. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to create compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into captivating designs will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including marketing campaigns, social media content, print materials, website assets, and more.
Design visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and create digital and print materials such as banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team collaboration and innovation.
Maintain organised files and documentation for all design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date for future reference and use.
Create engaging product videos, from concept to final production, that showcase product features, benefits, and usage scenarios.
Edit and enhance video content, including adding text overlays, music, and special effects, to produce high-quality promotional videos for online platforms and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience (1 or 2 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, with an emphasis on creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and problem-solve creatively.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
