Responsible for the overall quality and effective functioning of a set of allocated brands.
Expected to closely work with copywriters on his/her team, helping streamline projects and day to day work on allotted brands.
Must be well versed with brand tone, voice, requirements, deliverables and metric benchmarks for each of their brands.
Responsible for timely reviews with their team to achieve those metrics.
Lead creative ideation and conceptualization, focussed on producing breakthrough work that drives our clients businesses forward.
Cultivate and maintain a rapport with the client through regular meetings, educating and updating them about what can be done newly, differently and better within the current scope of work.
Be a core part of pitch teams and work with planning teams on the same.
Help grow the copywriters in the team, add value to their skills and drive improved performance.
Qualifications:
4 6 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency.
Exceptional English language skills (written and spoken). Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage.
Great attention to detail.
The ability to think & plan ahead, and multi-task are required.
Great interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with teams across the agency as well as clients.
A keen interest in new developments in digital marketing and social media trends.
