Production Controller

System-supported preparation of utilization and allocation plans, taking into account production capacities, order situation, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations, etc., taking into ac-count existing deadlines, and coordination with specialist departments. Co-ordinate deadline postponements.
Break down orders according to parts lists and generate system-supported workload calculations. Tracking the regular production process, identifying deviations, analyzing causes and initiating corrective measures. Schedule prefabricated parts, assemblies and deliveries according to the sequence. In the event of im-pending bottlenecks, reschedule the sequence, postpone and replace or-ders, correct material provision. Call off deliveries based on planned lead times, stock levels and the production program. Monitor deliveries. Continu-ously check availability based on existing capacities and stocks. Ensure availability of materials, consumables and supplies. Identify and order missing parts, ensure inventory man-agement. Coordinate delivery dates. Carry out complaints. Adapt orders to changing production situations. Check or-der confirmations. Monitor the receipt of assembly or production-critical deliveries. If neces-sary, arrange for replacement purchases and change delivery sequences. Schedule deferred orders as a matter of priority.
