Job Description
we're looking for curious UX Designers with 5-10 years of experience:
- Your portfolio of real work done for real clients should be exhaustive and outstanding across mobile and web.
- Must be able to define problems, create IAs, Wireframes and prototypes for large, complex projects
- You should be proficient with the tools of our trade (Whimsical, Figma, Photoshop and their equivalents) to create visual design and clickable prototypes. Micro animation on After Effects is a plus.
- Your communication should be prompt, to the point and frequent. You should also clearly be able to articulate your solutions and design decisions to key stakeholders and clients.
- You should have the inclination to coach, mentor and guide 4-6 junior designers.
- You should be self managed and a professional. Don t make us ping you for updates like what happened to that thing you we're supposed to do? or worse we are all waiting for you to join that call
