We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead strategic marketing and public relations initiatives. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, enhancing client engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in managing B2B campaigns within industries such as real estate, design, or construction.
JOB CRITERIA:
Experience: 10-20 years in Marketing and PR, preferably in B2B sectors like real estate, construction, or design and build.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in digital marketing, brand management, and media relations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of market trends, client preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across large and SME verticals.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition strategies using both online and offline channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Brand Building & Management
- Establish Flipspaces as a leading brand in the design and build industry.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and ensure alignment across all communication channels.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance visibility.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
- Manage the organization's reputation through strategic public relations initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media houses, journalists, and influencers.
- Drive thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, and senior leadership interviews.
- Handle crisis communication with timely and professional responses.
Event Management
- Conceptualize and execute participation in industry events, expos (e.g., INFHRA), and trade shows to maximize lead generation and networking.
- Plan client-specific events, product launches, and internal initiatives for employee engagement.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Measure campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, engagement rates, and lead conversions.
- Present regular marketing performance reports to senior management.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and PR team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
