Support Eightfold team to configure and develop custom integrations to meet specific requirements.

Facilitate thorough testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

Document integration processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support

Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday integration features and best practices.

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and mentor Eightfold engineering team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant with a strong focus on integrations (minimum 10+ years).

In-depth knowledge of Workday data models, security protocols, and configuration options.

Experience with scripting languages and APIs (e.g., XSLT, Python).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certified Workday Professional (WDCP) or equivalent experience highly desirable.
