Job Description :
Title/ Designation : Analyst (PMO)
Area : Recovery Audit
Will report to : Sr Manager
Primary Responsibilities :
- Monitor, compute and report KPIs
- Monitor, acknowledge and process incoming Bi reporting related requests within set turnaround time
- Maintain up-to-date log of all Bi reports and tasks
- Coordinate proactively with Bi team to get the deliverables to completion within agreed timelines.
- Should possess excellent data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills
- Create or refine reporting analyses
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality and integrity of all data
- Assist in Budget preparation and tracking
- Track and Publish monthly, quarterly, annual performance dashboard
- Perform ad hoc analyses as required
- Support PMO in all activities related to tracking, monitoring and reporting
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Manage various tasks at org level (RA) as assigned
- Support and facilitate implementation of org level initiatives
- Implement various administrative trackers (automate, simplify wherever possible)
Education Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline) preferably have some quantitative elective like Statistics
Professional Requirements :
- 04 to 06 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Preferred industry experience - Candidate having worked in PMO/Reporting oriented role with Data analysis/MIS reporting is a must. Experience in Retail / Manufacturing / Fin. Services industry would be preferred.
Technical Competency :
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel knowledge is a must
- Basic to Intermediate MS Access tool skills as per requirement
- PowerPoint presentation skills is a must
- Experience with delivering dashboard in Power bi is a must. Any other visualization software experience will be an added advantage
- Having exposure to SQL will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to read and interpret emails/reporting requirement
- Confident and possess can-do attitude with excellent time management and adaptability
- Ownership - responsibility & initiative; Coordinate, go extra mile to solve problems and seek guidance to solve them.
- Independent decision making and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must show ability to communicate and interact with colleague across different teams, senior management
- Participates in active learning to enhance skillset
