Assistant Manager- HRSS

This role shall be responsible for managing and directing the work of HR Shared Services at team across FAI by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, expediting the workflow, assigning duties, examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures, and troubleshooting issues that arise. The role will have to lead, Develop and motivate the team through coaching; influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, develop cross-functional partnership with internal and external HR business partners; support internal and external audits as required.

 

The role has to define and develop performance metrics, monitor team member productivity, and generate appropriate progress reports for review by the leaders; Create ad hoc reports with the ability to manipulate data from multiple sources; Partner with process improvement team and HR Technology to ensure processes are documented; Drive continuous improvement to promote team efficiency

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in HR.

HR work experience of 8 to 10 years.
