Job Description
- The role is responsible for facilitating and participating in CSRM initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate audit engagements from Internal Audit, External Audit (SOX), Regulators (FRB). Ensure audit requests are processed and validated for completeness and accuracy, in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate risk assessment requests from various entities - EWB US, regional EWB offices, customers, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate outsourced risk assessment engagements, such as SOC2, Fedline, and SWIFT.
- Coordinate and facilitate Issues Management and Exceptions Management processes across technology domains. Work with risk owners to ensure issues are logged, remediated, and validated adequately and in a timely manner. Ensure exceptions are approved and tracked appropriately.
- Assist in preparing management reports.
- Assist and support other initiatives as necessary.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Security, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP.
- Knowledge of risk management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Predict360, PowerBI) and methodologies.
- Experience within with regulatory exams, SOX, and internal external audits.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
