Develop and implement efficient sales processes, workflows and systems to streamline sales operations.
Assist in forecasting sales revenue and expenses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Establish sales targets, quotas, and incentive programs based on performance analysis and market trends.
Analyze sales data, including pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss analysis etc to assess sales team performance and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and deliver necessary training programs and materials to educate the sales team on sales processes, tools and systems.
Identify issues and solutions to improve the efficiency of the sales force participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics
Collaborate with the technology, product and sales teams to lead and oversee the deployment and implementation of the CRM system.
Build and track Pipeline of prospect Customers: across regions/Markets.
Assimilate Prospect data and share with Sales team.
Qualifications
CRM Expertise
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
Ability to configure workflows, manage data, and generate detailed reports.
