Job Description
Responsibilities:
- PO Creation and tracking, Invoice processing with proper review and its accounting in the ERP and tracking.
- Monthly accrual provisioning for month closure process and MIS reporting.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) on Daily basis liaising with Bank for same.
- Preparation and filling of GST/ TDS Returns.
- Helping team by preparing schedules/data for Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and tax auditors and ensuring smooth conduct of audit.
- Helping team in Monthly/Quarterly Closure and finalization of books of accounts and preparation of MIS(Monthly PL, Budget vs Actual, Vendor payment analysis/ Employee reimbursement analysis etc.)
- Day to Day interdepartmental dealing for smooth processing of Invoices payment and liaising for other reporting/supporting if any.
- Supporting in preparation and finalization of Financials Balance-Sheets, Tax Audit Reports for your key area.
- Assisting in general accounting of other group entities.
- General ledger Reconciliations and follow-up for closure of open points of your key area.
- Adherence to Policy, SoPs and RCMs and their regular monitoring.
- M.Com/B. Com/CA (Inter) or bachelor s degree in finance, or a related field.
- Working experience of MS-Office, ERP, other accounting tools.
- Good Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills.
